Viru S. A. continues to lead Peruvian agroindustrial sector! On Wednesday, August 4th the company was recognized for the first time by Great Place to Work (GPTW) in the ranking of the Best Places to Work in Latin America 2021! Ranking of the 50 largest companies, as the 5th most recognized Peruvian company in the region.
GPTW choose multinational and large national companies to be on this ranking by analyzing the work programs and labour climate survey results, which reflect their high level of trust, commitment, and camaraderie.
Viru S. A. excelled in category of large companies for providing a unique and better work experience to its more than 12,000 employees nationwide.

This 2021 has been a successful year for Viru because, thanks to the good results obtained, as well as the highest level of trust, respect and great work experience they offer to their employees, last May, Viru was also positioned, for second consecutive year, in the first place of the ranking of the Best Industries to Work in Peru of the GPTW.
